Wondering if anyone has found anything that works for dealing with hypersentivities to light, chemicals, sound, EMFs, etc. I am hypersensitive to all those things and it is like my nerves are always on edge and can't calm down. I have trouble sitting still and it makes my ADD really bad. Clindy made these symptoms worse but I have been off that for a while now and just on Mino and Benicar now and still experiencing all this. Anybody have any experience dealing with this and finding ways to mitigate it? Some doctors say that supplemental oxygen helps for this. Any thoughts on what causes hypersensitivities and how it relates to TH1 disease? Thanks,
Russ

Russ,
Supplemental Oxygen will do you no harm, and may aid healing. You will need a prescription to order an Oxygen concentrator, with which, although the up-front cost is higher, you will not need to refill oxygen bottles all the time.
You can pick up a US-made refurbished unit for around $300 if you shop around. When they refurbish them they should replace the cylinder which concentrates the oxygen, and that makes them almost as good as new. Used units may have a degraded performance, and then again, they may not... They used to sell them on Ebay, but I guess the FDA stopped that. It doesn't seem as though many suppliers will ship to the USA any more...
Here are a couple of ideas:

| Thanks Dr. Marshall. I've actually already ordered a refurbished oxygen concentrator to help with sleep apnea at night. I'll plan to try using it during the day some as well and see if it helps. I find that even if I just concentrate on breathing deeply and sort of up into my head it relieves some of these symptoms and also, later on, seems to increase IP in the neck and head area. Thanks again.
